请新老客户注意：我们最近有从部分客户那里了解到，原先他们使用的签证代理商，价格便宜，电话预约或网上预 约取护照。但是，几个工作日过后客户接到电话说护照遗失了，不能办了。结果，客户上门要求赔偿。他们居然没 有正式的办公地址，打电话也没有人接。最后客户没有办法只能报警并出境办理了签证。
奉劝需办理延期或申请签证的客户，谨慎选择签证代理，选择方法： 公司是法定注册过的；（可在办理时让代理公司出具一下，工商局规定是挂在营业场所墙上的） 有良好的办公地点；（在第一次办理时，请亲自到代理公司办理。办公室地址在正式的商务大楼中可信度比较高） 经验丰富的专业团队；（选择3年以上的公司他们的经验丰富，很专业。而且处理问题比较及时） 良好的语言沟通;（语言能力好的公司，可以让不会说中文的外国人方便很多，也不会有误解和被骗）

注意：不要轻易相信电话和上网预约取护照（除非老客户），价格便宜不一定就可以拿到所要求的签证时效。

Dear new and old customers I would like to pay all of your kind attentions please! We had recently heard from some customers about their stories! When they were applying for visa from some agencies the visa fee offered was very cheap!Their passports were then taken away latter on through the telephone or internet appointment .But, several working days passed they got informed that their passports got loss & could not be managed to process ,They were then rushing to the handling agencies ,but the address given was found out either empty or not existed. When ringing also got nobody to answer .They were finally getting pushed to report to the nearby policemen and return back to their countries to get their China visa processed!
